Getting Started
Go to Log In, switch to the "Create Account" tab, enter your name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters), then submit. You'll land straight on the course catalog once your account is created.
On the Log In page, click "Forgot your password?" underneath the login form, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link. Check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn't show up within a few minutes.
For your security, the reset flow doesn't confirm whether an email has an account attached to it. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, double check you typed your email correctly, check spam, and consider whether you might have signed up (or been enrolled by an admin) under a different email address.
Courses
Open Courses from the top menu — you can browse the catalog without an account, but you'll need to log in to actually enroll.
Free courses unlock the moment you enroll. Paid courses take you through checkout first — either Stripe (international cards) or Paystack (cards, bank transfer, popular for Nigerian payments) — and unlock once payment is confirmed.
Payment confirmation usually takes a few seconds to a minute to register. Refresh the course page after a minute. If it's still locked after about 10 minutes, contact support with your payment receipt or reference number so we can check it manually.
A lesson shows a locked message if you're not currently enrolled in the course it belongs to. Enrolling (or having membership access that covers it) unlocks every video in that course automatically — no separate unlock step needed.
Membership
Enrolling in a course gives you access to that one course. A membership tier is a recurring subscription that can bundle in broader access (check the specific tier's description on the Membership page) and can also unlock gated Community groups tied to that tier.
Subscriptions are managed through whichever payment provider you signed up with. Check the receipt email from your original checkout for a manage-subscription link, or contact support and we'll help you cancel directly.
This usually means a renewal payment didn't go through — an expired card or insufficient funds are the most common causes. Update your payment method with your provider, or contact support if you're not sure what happened.
Community & Groups
Yes — Edit and Delete buttons appear under any post you wrote (you won't see them on anyone else's posts). Editing marks the post "edited"; deleting is permanent and can't be undone.
Groups are gated — each one requires either an active enrollment in a specific course or an active subscription to a specific membership tier. A group you don't have access to still shows up locked (🔒) in Community so you know it exists and what unlocks it.
Access is checked live every time the Community page loads — refresh the page and it should unlock immediately. If it still doesn't after a refresh, contact support.
Your Profile
Go to Profile and click your avatar circle to choose a new image (under 5MB).
From Profile, use "Send Password Reset Email" — you'll get a link by email to set a new one.
Your Profile page lists every course you're actively enrolled in.
Installing the App
On Android/Chrome, look for the install banner and tap "Install," or use the browser menu → "Add to Home Screen." On iPhone/Safari, tap the Share icon, then "Add to Home Screen" — Apple doesn't allow one-tap installs from websites, so this manual step is expected there.
Close the app completely — remove it from your recent apps list, not just background it — and reopen it. Installed apps are the slowest to pick up updates, and a full close-and-reopen is what forces it to check for the newest version.
No — everything works exactly the same in a regular browser tab. Installing just adds a home-screen shortcut and a more full-screen, app-like feel.
Troubleshooting
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac), or open the site in a private/incognito window. This is almost always a stale cached file clearing up on its own.
Make sure you're logged in and have a working internet connection. If it persists, try logging out and back in, or the hard refresh steps above.
Try a hard refresh first (see above). If it's still unresponsive, let support know which phone and browser you're using so we can look into it.
Reach out using the contact link at the bottom of this page — include what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and (if relevant) a screenshot. That's usually enough for us to sort it out quickly.
